IA-HIAWATHA, Description Under direct supervision, performs general tasks to aid in the ongoing support of micro environments. May perform LAN/hard disk backups; assists with end user questions and problems. May work on simple applications. Installs software and peripherals, may also troubleshoot basic hardware problems.
